So my tutorial for Hannah's Garden was just way too much. Too many words, too many pictures, too many posts. After all of that I decided to put it in print, thanks to my friend Shasta for the encouragement. I have renamed the quilt "Here Comes the Sun." The pattern is now available in our etsy shop in both pdf and print format.
Also available is my pattern for "Penny Lane." This quilt was super easy to make. I can't believe how quickly is sewed up. I had been wanting to do a variation of stacked coins for a while, and Penny Lane is the result. Besides, I can always use a good excuse to get my hands on some of that Jumbo ric rac.
To celebrate my hours and hours and hours of work on these patterns, I am giving away copies of both to three lucky winners. At least someone will own my patterns then right, even if I had to give them away! Leave a comment on this post by Thursday, August 22nd at midnight. The winners will be announce on Friday. If for some reason you just have to make one of these quilts before then, visit the shop.

I have absolutely NO history of winning anything but I am forever hopeful. That being said, I am heading over to your site to buy the patterns soon and think they are amazing. Such talent! THanks for sharing and having such an awesome give away. I'll be spreading the news!
What beautiful quilts! I can only wistfully appreciate such talent...but I have a dear sister who would know what to do with these patterns!
I am loving the Beatles theme running through the blog this week!
How appropriate that "Here Comes the Sun" is in my top five list of fave Beatles songs (doesn't everyone make lists about the Beatles??) and I LOVE this pattern!
Great patterns...I love giveaways! I enjoy your blog...thanks for posting!
This is Sherry Berrett (Nadene Cope's daughter) and I LOVE your site. My sewing time has dropped since I just had my second baby, but I my hands itch to get to my machine every time I see your new stuff. It really inspires me.
I've been singing "Here comes the Sun" all morning!!
Those are both lovely - I'm a novice at sewing. I constanly enlist my Mother to help me with all the patterns I keep buying.
It's a sickness, I know...
I want to win!
I love these patterns and anything that uses ric-rac I totally have to have!!
I just discovered your blog. I love all your projects and these quilts are beautiful!
Oh how I envy your talent and your patterns are delightful. Hope I am lucky.
love them both, hope i win!! fingers are crossed.
Great quilts, great patterns!!
I love both of these quilts and would be honored to win either one. Congrats on publishing them. Take care and God bless, Cory
My wife is making me enter. I'm guessing she'll be the one sewing them.
Wonderful patterns. Thanks for the giveaway & a chance to win them. Love that the patterns have a "Beatles" theme going!
I love Penny Lane. What a lot of work you put in for everyone to enjoy.
I'm sewing up your pillowcase dress this morning - thanks Molly for the helpful info - needed a blog break! Love the patterns, and as always, love the site!!!
you are so incredibly talented!! How absolutely adorable they both are!
What talent! I appreciate you sharing it with us!
I absolutely adore coin quilts. I have 4 scrappy and 1 Christmas scrappy ones waiting to be finished for donation. Adorable patterns.
You are SO talented! Absolutely LOVE the patterns. Penny Lane makes me think about the song. . .we used to sing it as kids when my Dad would play the "oldies."
I absolutely love them. They are so amazing!
I would love to be in the running for one of these patterns! I am always so afraid to actually spend money on a quilt pattern, because I know I will be too intimidated to use the darn thing. Even though it will look beautiful in its package on my sewing room shelf, my husband will frown at me every time he sees it is still not being used. Sigh. These are beautiful quilts, especially the stacked coins, and I love the color combos you chose.
Wow, What great patterns. I would love to get my hands on both! Thanks for making them!
My daughter-in-law (Sherry) told me about your blog. Love it!!! I have been quilting for a few years but my husband and I just returned from an LDS mission in Guam so I haven't touched my machines in a year and a half. I am dying to get back to my quilting. Would love to try out one of your new patterns. Thanks for sharing your great talent.
Cute, cute, cute, cute, cute!
