Gold Thread

Choosing thread for a quilt is either really obvious, or a brain teaser.

Personally, I don't like my thread to contrast too much.

When I put this flag quilt on I ran the options through my head: red - too bold, blue - too dark, white - too light, beige - doesn't really match.

And then it hit me - GOLD.

Yep gold thread was perfect.
