Pillowcase Dress
After seeing many pillowcase dress tutorials on the internet, I had been dying to make my own. A few Saturday's ago, I threw all of my other projects aside and made the dress above. I haven't been able to find any great pillowcases, so I just used some great fabric. I used basic instructions found here. I mostly went from memory, so there are a few things I would change next time. I added the empire height elastic for a peasanty look. I am hoping to make a shirt-length-wear-over-jeans version for Pinkie to wear to preschool this fall. For another pillowcase dress version see here. You will love the additions of pom-poms.

You have no idea how you just made my day! I've been looking for a pattern to make these for my little girls...and you found it! Thanks! I wonder what it is you would have changed though...
ACK! I love the empire waist! If only they made pillow cases in MY size!
How cute is that. Do pillowcases come in Twinkle toes size?
